Alicat Fabrictions dedicated team of fabricators, coded welders and platers specialise in producing bespoke fabrications in carbon & stainless steel, and aluminium.

Projects include DNV compliant Lifting, Deployment and A-frames, to Pressure Vessels, Baskets, Containers, Hand Rails and Staircases.

Large or small, Alicat Fabrications deliver to the highest quality standards.

Alicat’s team are certified to the highest level of BS EN 1090-1 for the fabrication of structural steelwork as well as PED 97/23/EC Module D for the fabrication of pipework and vessels working under pressure (up to 500bar (approx 7250 psi) in carbon, stainless or exotic steels from 1.25”NB up to 36”NB (DN 32 up to DN 900).

Alicat Fabrications:

All projects are manufactured, tested and supplied from Alicat’s fully equipped workshops at the company’s seven acre site in Great Yarmouth. Separate Precision Engineering and Stainless Steel Fabrication workshops enable Alicat Fabrication to complete complex projects all from one location.

With 185 metres of quay heading, Alicat has direct access to the North Sea, making Alicat Fabrications the ideal choice for off-shore projects looking to load or install projects directly onto vessels.

concept to completionThe company can manufacture from customers plans, as well as utilising Alicat’s in-house drawing office. Using the latest ACAD software, this can help save time in all stages of production. It also means the project can be viewed on screen before any steel even arrives on-site.
