Ambermax is globally approved for use in Fine Fragrances and Personal Care applications. In addition, Ambermax is permitted for use in Fabric Care, Air Care and Household Care products in EAME, APAC and LATAM. At this time Ambermax cannot be used in the US in Fabric Care, Air Care and Household Products due to the significant additional requirements that would need to be addressed to obtain EPA TSCA approval. Givaudan will continue to monitor the US regulatory situation should changes occur that would support an EPA TSCA filing.
