WORLD PROBLEM

REGIONAL FINALS

Regional Final events are generally the first level of competition for any team

and as such focus on developing teams for state titles competition. Depending

on the number of Team Registrations received by the deadline will determine if

teams need to attend a separate regional event. Re-Engineering Australia Ltd.

will inform teachers of any changes to requirements as soon as possible once

final numbers are known.

Regional Finals are managed by Regional Hub Coordinators identified by REA

and usually take place over 1 day. Redcliffe SHS coordinates the North Brisbane

Regionals.

Entry Conditions: There are registration forms required by Re-Engineering Australia Ltd. that teachers MUST submit prior to a team competing at their first event. These forms are School and Team Registrations that include a range of Terms and Conditions and must be complied with as part of the initial registration process and participation of all teams in the competition. Failure to submit these forms may result in teams being ineligible to compete at this Regional Final. Registration of your School is required before you can register a Team. The registration process is completely free. Fees are only imposed on teams moving through to a State Final. To register your School and Team, click on the following link: https://rea.org.au/f1-in-schools/fees-and-registration/

and scroll down the page. If you don’t already have an account login required

for the Team Registration process only, you will need to create an account by

clicking on the ‘register’ link on the login page

For further details contact REA for assistance.
