Embracing, equipping and empowering persons to evangelize
Mission Moment:
There are lots of things coming up to serve God and our community. And it is more important than ever to spread the love of Christ to those who are hurting. With that in mind, get the date
for Project 216 on your calendar: October 3, 9-11 a.m. Project 216 is the organization that we support by packing rice based meals that then get shipped to Mission of Hope: Haiti. This is a family friendly service project for anyone ages 3-103. If you would like a box to start saving your loose change, they are available in the church office. We need to raise the cost of the food, so your loose change can be accumulated to help defray the cost.
Also, Operation Back to School is happening. It will look different, but we will still distribute school supplies to Van Wert County families in need. We need your support financially and we need your prayers and volunteers. Look for more details to come.

Worship Music
July 4th
is a national holiday we observe our
nation’s birth which was founded, in part, to
have the freedom to worship as we desire.
We will celebrate this on Sunday, July 5 at the 10:00 a.m.
worship service with a special piano quartet of Annette Hover-
man, Scott Turner, Gloria Wendel and Linda Mechling. They
will play a medley entitled Of Thee I Sing. Other special music
will be Brooklynn Laukhuf, accompanied by her father -
Jeremy and Grandpa - Dale.
Although we are not yet able to lift our voices
in song, we can lift our hearts to the music
played by these skilled worship musicians:
Scott Turner & Annette Hoverman - organ/
piano/narrators
Brass - Quintet with organ
Vocalist - Jakob Schaufelberger
Organist - Tom Kalkreuth
Wayne Wells and our Praise Band at our 8:30 a.m.
Casual Worship services
The church office will be closed Monday, July 6th in observance of the Independence Day Holiday.

LIBRARY
July Library News: Flash, a donkey, a teaching angel in disguise, will endear you to
him. The Time of Jacob's Trouble, a future world facing its final days was written before our
world today but you'll see many similarities. Books by Amy Sorrells, Tara Johnson and
Abigail Wilson - a mystery, perhaps new authors to you, are hard to put
down. Aiming for Love and Woman of Sunlight will take you on
adventures in the Hope Mountains. Frank Peretti's, The Oath, is set in
an isolated mining town in the Pacific Northwest, another mystery.
These books and others await you on the carousel on top of the
library desk. Library is unlocked. Do enjoy reading this month.
