This letter refers to the meeting conducted at the Watts Bar site on July 30,1992. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Unit 1 Completion Status,Quality Assurance Construction Records, and Plans for Training of LicensedOperators. A list of attendees and a copy of the TVA handout are enclosed.

It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial and provided a betterunderstanding of TVA's activities. During the meeting TVA committed to providean informational submittal to the NRC to show how QA Records issues have beendispositioned by TVA.
