Get a newsprint cut out of the letter e. Make a wet mount of it. 2. Observe the specimen under the low power objective. Compare the position of the letter as seen through the microscope with that of the naked eye. 3. Move the slide to the left and to right. With every movement, observe which way the image of the letter e moves. 4. Now, move the slide forward and backward. Describe the direction of movement by the image 5. Switch to the high power objective. Describe the changes in position and size of the image, the brightness of illumination, sharp and clarity of the image. Put your observation on the table below.
