Warranty and Return Guidelines

LeisureTech Electronics will take all reasonable care to ship product to you. If any item is damaged or was sent to you in error, please contact LeisureTech within 14 days of receipt for a Returns Merchandise Authority (RMA). If an item is found to be faulty, after being tested, please advise us promptly of the nature of the problem and to request an RMA where appropriate.

Damaged or faulty goods are covered by the LeisureTech Electronics Terms and Conditions of Sale and Limited Warranty. Any faulty items should be returned to LeisureTech Electronics no later than 18 months after receipt. Please do not return items without a RMA; items will be returned to sender unexamined. RMA and a Service History Report forms are obtained from:

LeisureTech Electronics will, on issuing the RMA, forward a Service History Report to you. This form must be completed, detailing the explanations for the return. If the explanations for return require more space then attach a further explanation on company letterhead.

LeisureTech will nominate the address to which returns are to be sent. Companies must include the following when sending return items:1. the RMA;2. a completed Service History Report (SHR) showing the

nature of the fault, how it was identified and any steps taken to rectify it from both the Installer’s findings and Distributor’s testings. If there are multiple items, with varying reasons, being returned, each item is to have a separate SHR.

3. a copy of the purchase invoice so we can see what shipment it came from;

4. the items.

Items are to be returned freight prepaid in the original or equivalent packaging. It is recommended that a carrier be used that offers shipment tracking and insurance as LeisureTech Electronics will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item during shipping. LeisureTech Electronics will acknowledge receipt of the items and will advise of corrective actions undertaken to Repair, Replace or Return items to that Company.

The liability of Warranty claims against LeisureTech Electronics is limited to the cost of repairs or replacements of those items. LeisureTech Electronics will not be responsible for Labour Charges to remove or replace parts supplied under Warranty. LTE reserves the right to charge for repairs and freight costs for items returned for repair, where the fault is not covered under warranty.

Returns and Warranty claims are accepted at the discretion of LeisureTech Electronics.
