Belgrade Land Development Public Agency - Beoland

The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency was established by the Belgrade City Assembly to deal with development of building land on the territory of 17 city municipalities and to serve as an infrastructure fund. The Agency's scope of work incorporates management, servicing, development and improvement of the town building land and facilities of importance for the City of Belgrade.

The Agency helps defining city development strategies and monitors its implementation through the annual Land Development Program which includes:

- capital infrastructure projects; - elaboration of city regulatory plans;- preparation of technical documentation for construction of public facilities;

Belgrade Land Development Public Agency - Beoland

The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency was established by the Belgrade City Assembly to deal with development of building land on the territory of 17 city municipalities and to serve as an infrastructure fund. The Agency's scope of work incorporates management, servicing, development and improvement of the town building land and facilities of importance for the City of Belgrade.

The Agency helps defining city development strategies and monitors its implementation through the annual Land Development Program which includes:

- capital infrastructure projects; - elaboration of city regulatory plans;- preparation of technical documentation for construction of public facilities;

- solving ownership affairs on public building land;- construction of public facilities (roads, water and sewerage supply, green areas and cemeteries);- preparation of sites for the leasing of City owned building land- feasibility studies for future major city investments.

The Agency also conducts business with investors who are building new constructions in Belgrade, defines deadlines for public land development fees and other mutual rights and obligations. Its wide range of activities is carried forward by professionals and efficient organization of business operations.

Main projects currently include construction of ring roads around the city (inner semi ring road and north tangent road), wastewater treatment plants, traffic master plan and waterfront regeneration.

Public Enterprise “STARA PLANINA”

Project Stara Planina is a green field mountain resort project and is recognized as top priority in National Tourism Strategy of the Republic of Serbia. Government of the Republic of Serbia has put a lot of efforts to carefully and thoroughly plan this project to become first innovative “all season” mountain resort in Southeast Europe. Master plan for Stara Planina mountain resort development was done by reputable international master planers (Ecosign and Horwath HTL). All important regulatory plans are completed and adopted (Master Plan, Spatial Plan, and Plan of Detailed Regulation). In the first A phase of the village buildout, building footprint is planned to be 14,350 sqm, while total gross floor area planned is 44,000 sqm, with 500 rooms and more than 2,000 beds.

In the first phase, ski system on Stara Planina will be able to accommodate 3,900 skiers per day, with 10 ski lifts and 26 pistes and skiways. Total skier carrying capacity planned for Stara Planina is 26,840 skiers per day, with 24 ski lifts and 151 pistes and skiways. City of Subotica

City of Subotica is the northernmost city in Serbia and the second largest one in the Province of Vojvodina. Situated only 10 km from the Serbian-Hungarian border, with two border crossings to the EU, Pan-European corridor X, international airports and railways nearby, it is a perfect investment location. In addition, City of Subotica has a skillful, multilingual labor force and educated management. It is also well-known in the region by its renowned brands in economy.

The City has a great potential for Greenfield investments with approximately 200 ha of land owned by the City, intended for production and commercial activities and managed by the newly founded

Real Estate Cluster (Serbia) was founded in 2010 by ten real estate companies with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture, Trade, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Serbia. It is a non-government, non-profit organization which contributes to development of the real estate market in Serbia. Two scientific institutions have become members of the Cluster so far and there are many other companies in the field of design, construction, financing and insurance of real estate, interested in joining the Cluster.

The cluster’s most important aims are:
