1. Power term: A mathematical expression which has numbres, variables( alphabets) and exponents

Exponent law # 1

To multiply two power terms with same base We add the exponents.

Exponents law#2 To divide two power terms with same base, we subtract the exponent.

Exponent law # 3

When We have A power term in which We have exponent over an exponent Then we always multiply the exponents and then evaluate.

Negative exponent: Take The reciprocal of the base to change the Negative exponent to a positive exponent.

Scientific Notation

To convert the big numbers into condensed or scientific notation we move the decimal after the first digit and write it as the product of that number and a power of 10
