Historians remember events and people of the past in many different ways. One of the most public ways of remembering is to design a monument that reflects the people or event.

You will work in pairs to create a monument recognizing the key features of Confucianism, Daoism, or Legalism. What is the purpose of a monument? Where are the monuments you have seen?
