Our storyIn 1896, at the request of local cheese farmers, my great-grandfather, Willem Bos, began making special tools for ‘young’, ‘mature’, and ‘old’ cheeses. Boska, still located in Bodegraven, close to Gouda, has been closely linked to the cheese heart of The Netherlands since that time. As a fourth generation Bos, I honor the family tradition: Make an experience out of eating cheese.
