management, recovery and disposal. The company’s vision aims for a transparent, ethical and

sustainable recycling practice. Spreading awareness about environmentally-safe green practices for an

ecologically viable future is another initiative taken on by Exigo. Accommodating a multitude of verticals

in terms of client roll, Exigo incorporates separate services for formal and informal sectors. The company

is serving international in addition to Indian entities; producers plus bulk consumers. The CD, IT & ITES

and mobile industries have been steadfastly receiving comprehensive services. Satisfying a pre-requisite,

Exigo has managed to successfully acquire the essential Central and State Pollution Control Board

certification. The practice has all relevant environmental certification with respect to occupational

health and environmental safety on top of quality management systems.

Undertaking a holistic approach in the field of recycling, Exigo provides a range of solutions and

services including efficient recycling and recovery of electronic, CFL, mobile and other e-waste. Aside

from ensuring secure storage and transportation of waste with zero leakage, Exigo facilitates a vast

range of on-site and off-site services for data security, IT asset management and electronic asset

decommissioning. With a determination to maintain transparent, robust quality and tactical

management systems, innovative systematic processes and techniques are helpful in retaining elevated

With an existing 3000 square meter plant in Haryana and another upcoming 11000 square

meter plant, Exigo has developed an all-integrated facility equipped with the essential technology

delivering sublime results. In addition to a growing presence in all states and union territories at 33

locations pan India, the company has shared warehousing alongside reverse logistics services through an

IT enabled software in over 500+ cities. Internationally, plants and dismantling centres have been

operational in South Africa and Jamaica. Upcoming centres in Haiti and Nigeria are part of a steadily

growing global business model. Exigo’s downstream vendors based in India, Japan and Belgium are aids

to conducting a transparent, honest documentation methodology to carry on with a principled and

global best practice.

CFL Recycling

In its endeavor to develop cost-effective and efficient recycling solutions, Exigo has been able to develop

its own Portable barrel based CFL crushing unit with HEPA filter and activated carbon filter for ensuring

adherence to health and safety standards. The crushed mixture further passes through other stages of

recycling to ensure that mercury and phosphor powder are arrested efficiently and high purity fractions

of glass only comes out after final stage of recycling.

South Africa

Location : A 5000 MT/annum end to end recycling plant at VUT business park near

Johannesburg.

Partnership : With Vaal University - Technology Business Unit.

Plant : Demonstration plant for the rest of Africa in terms of displaying cost effective

technology and efficient processes for recycling of e waste in small to medium

economies such as majority of African countries.

EWASA : Exigo is part of a consortium for the collection, recycling and R&D for e-waste

recycling in South Africa along with EWASA (E Waste Association of South

Africa).

Train the Trainers

Partnership : Exigo has partnered with DBSA (Development Bank of SA) for collection,

handling and dismantling of E-waste.
