increase your breathing and heart rate. They keep your heart, lungs, and circulatory system healthy and improve your overall fitness. Some of endurance exercise:

1. Dancing 2. Biking 3. Swimming 4. Climbing stairs or hills 5. Playing tennis 6. Playing basketball

Our team’s conclusion about exercise is that exercise is a very good thing in your life, but the excessive exercise is not good for health.

We think that 4-5 times a week and once 1 hour is the best choice to exercise.
