    Cost to build expanded facility approx. $8M

    Congregation has incremental borrowing

    capacity of approx. $1M Therefore, this option is only viable if existing

    property could be sold for $8M

    to expect that two properties could be acquiredwithin 3 to 7 years. Cost, including demolition,would total approx. $650,000

    Recommendation

    CTL expansion efforts should focus onour existing site.

    -will require some steps that will appearwasteful (tearing down houses)

    -will undoubtedly encounter zoning,timing and other obstacles

    -but should result in the best outcomeat the lowest cost in the long run.
