Ordered, That at 5 p.m. on Monday, October 5, 2015, the Senate proceed to executive session to consider the nomination of Dale A. Drozd, of California, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of California.
Ordered further, That there be 30 minutes for debate on the nomination equally divided in the usual form; that upon the use or yielding back of time the Senate vote without intervening action or debate on the nomination, that following disposition of the nomination the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate; the no further motions be in order to the nomination; that the President be immediately notified of the Senate’s action and the Senate then resume legislative session.
