Treadwell, of Georgia, to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Georgia, and Josephine Staton Tucker, of California, to be United States District Judge for the Central District of

California. Ordered further, That they be debated concurrently until 6 p.m., with time equally divided and controlled

between the Senator from Vermont (Mr. Leahy) and the Senator from Alabama (Mr. Sessions), or their designees; provided further, that at 6 p.m., the Senate proceed to vote on confirmation of the nominations in the order listed; that there be 2 minutes of debate, equally divided, prior to any votes after the first vote, with succeeding votes limited to 10 minutes each; that upon confirmation, the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table, the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action and the Senate then resume legislative session.
