IS ENTITY CALCULATION BWO DOC. No.BWO document number given to
the supplier document which contains the IS Entity Calculation.IS
Entity Calculations or Matched Power Dissipation Calculations shall
be done for every IS circuit. A single calculation may be used to
cover multiple circuits, provided that the equipment, barrier and
cable type are identical and that the cable lengths used are for
the longest circuit of that type. This calculation must be
submitted to BWO for Approval. INITIAL DETAILED Ex
INSPECTIONINSPECTION DATEDate of the Initial Ex
Inspection.INSPECTORName of the competent Ex Inspector who
conducted the Initial Ex Inspection.CHECKSHEET REF.Reference no.
for the Initial Ex Inspection Checksheet.RFID No.Serial number of
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device) tag.This is part of an
electronic system for performing Ex Inspections. All Ex certified
equipment shall be fitted with a RFID tag. Each RFID has a unique
identification which, when scanned with a PDA (Personal Digital
Assistant) will call-up all the relevent information for the
equipment from the Ex register, including the Ex Inspection Check
Sheet. The Ex Inspection Check Sheet is filled out directly on the
PDA and is electronically signed by the inspector.REFERENCE
DRAWINGReference drawing for the Equipment. The most useful
reference drawing is a Loop Drawing, followed by a Single Line
Diagram and Termination Drawing.REMARKSAdditional useful
information, such as "Note: Special Conditions on Certificate",
"Access Requirements, i.e. Rope Access / Scaffolding",
etc.STATUSStatus of the entry in the database, enter ACTIVE or
