Deep Water subsea production systems are reaching further and
going deeper than ever before.
Thermal Insulation is an integral part of designing an offshore
production system, especially in deep waters;
Helps maintain flowrates
Optimises productivity
Reduces processing costs
On subsea architecture is does this by;
Guaranteeing against build-up of waxes and hydrate crystals that can occur
when hot fluid (oil, gas or condensates) are exposed to low seawater
temperatures during production stops or normal production
During well shut in, for maintenance or an emergency
