Merchandise Catalogue

How does it work?1. Email us at [email protected] outlining the product you require, any product specifications such as size and colour and quantity required.

2. We will then put together a competitive quote.

3. Once happy with the quote email us back confirming the quantities, branding options required, deadlines and charge code. We will then book the job into the studio for artwork production. 4. Once completed we will deliver your order directly to your office.

Frequently asked questions1. How long does it take to get my products? Most products are despatched within 10 working days from artwork approval and sign off.

2. What is your quickest turnaround time? We can offer an express service for those in a real rush.

3. Are there any extra charges? Initial prices from us will include VAT and delivery but exclude artwork charges from the Print Essex Studio (if required). These charges would be confirmed once the order has been placed and booked in.

4. What is the minimum quantity I can order? Minimum quantities vary depending on items. If you can order large quantities the price is often significantly cheaper. 5. Are we restricted to items in the catalogue only? No! We can source most things. If you see an item that’s not listed in our catalogue let us know and we will do our best to find it for you.

6. Can I see a sample? Yes we can provide you with a sample of the products. However due to cost the sample will not be personalised.

7. Can I print 4 (or full) colour? We have a range of products that can be printed in 4-colour process (or full colour) as this is more of a photo type print rather than solid colours

8. How do I know it will be printed correctly? You will be sent an artwork proof showing colour separations and logo layout. This proof will require approval before the products are personalised.
