EVENTS AT THE FACTORY
With 16,000 feet over 2 floors and situated in the heart of
Wong Chuk Hang, The Factory is a truly unique and contemporary
art, exhibition & event space. It is an ideal venue for; exhibitions,
fashion shows, product launches, cocktail parties, gala dinners, and
internal functions. The 16th floor has full kitchen facilities, a large
balcony and can seat 500 pax for a cocktail reception and
400 pax for a seated dinner.
The rooftop consists of 8,000 sf of open space, and can be utilized
for many different functions. we have various marquee options to
cover the area which can comfortably host 600 pax standing and
400 pax for a seated dinner.
ABOUT THE FACTORY EVENT SPACE
EVENTS AT THE FACTORY
The Factory is positioned over 2 floors of an industrial building in
Wong Chuk Hang. The space maintains an industrial warehouse look
and feel, with high ceilings and a lot of stone and steel that gives it a
cool, modern appeal. The walls are brushed cement, the floor is
polished charcoal concrete, beams and pillars are exposed.
Covering a total of 16,000 square feet the space can be used as a blank
canvas for almost any kind of event. Removable glass panels can be used to
divide the space, these can be kept in place for intimate smaller parties, or
removed to accommodate larger parties
We can accommodate seated parties of between 50 and 400 people on each
floor, whilst for standing events, we can accommodate up to 500 on each
floor. A private dining room can accommodate up to 20 people, it can also
be used as a changing room during a fashion shoot.

The Factory Event Space is fortunate to have a 8,000 square foot
rooftop overlooking Aberdeen harbour and the Jumbo Floating
Restaurant. With outdoor space hard to come by in Hong Kong,
particularly of this size, we are able to accommodate a wide variety of
events, from corporate dinners, to high-end weddings, music
concerts and birthday parties, to farmers markets with multiple food
stations, BBQ’s and a whole host of other options. Our rooftop event
space can seat a maximum of 400 guests, or 800 standing.

Whether you are looking to organise a casual cocktail party, a corporate breakfast function, an all-day wedding celebration, a fashion show or a sit-down dinner for 400 guests, we have catering packages to match your every need.
Since we care about each and every one of our events, no matter how large or small, we can tailor our menus to suit exactly the sort of concept you are going for. We can also arrange menu tastings in advance to make sure that you are happy with your selection. Additional charges may apply. The following pages list a series of catering packages that we offer for all kinds of events, which can of course be tailored by request.
Want to bring your own caterer? No problem, we are happy to rent out our kitchen to a 3rd party caterer and have reasonable buy out deals.
