Environmentally Sound Puron® DuraCoat™ Protection for Peace of Mind

The Models CNPVP and CNPHP use environmentally soundPuron refrigerant. That's an important consideration becauseFreon®- 22*, the refrigerant most commonly used in evapora-tor coils, is gradually being phased out of existence due toconcern over the Earth's ozone layer. Bryant successfullyintroduced products with Puron refrigerant in 1996, and thoseproducts are now the most reliable in our entire portfolio. By choosing a coil with Puron now, you are helpingpreserve the ozone layer while selecting a product known forits lasting reliability.

Premature indoor coil corrosion affects many home comfort systems.To combat this potential problem, Bryant offers optional DuraCoat™

protection. DuraCoat provides a tin plating of the indoor coil’s copperhairpins. This creates a barrier between the corrosion-causing elementsand the coil. No other manufacturer in the industry presently has anacceptable solution for this specific indoor coil corrosion issue, makingBryant the choice for worry-free comfort.
