IHTRODUCTIOM

This report was written at the request of Mr. A. Salo, following the evaluation of his property by Hetall Mining Corporation for gold and base metals potential. The evaluation started on March 20th and finished March 24th, 1995. The evaluation was done by re-logging and sampling drill core. First logging is in a report for assessment (number KL 3505) and is filed at the resident geologist's office in Kirkland Lake. This report shows results and recommandations.

LOCALIZATIOH AMD PROPERTY DBBCRIPTIOM

The property is located in the NW quarter of Me Carry Twp (Ontario) about 4 km North of Virginiatown. It is composed of at least those Claims: 1200302, 1187014, 1200084, 1200025, 1200023 and 1203364 (see fig. 1) .

WORK

At first, drill core was moved from Virginiatown to M. M. C. 's core shack. Then , drill holes #2-94, 3-94 and 4-94 were re-logged and sampled for lithogeochemistry. Drill core was returned to Virginiatown .

GEOLOGY AMD MXHERALX2ATION (see drill logs)

HOLE 2-94

This hole intersected a lamprophyre dike with several wall rock fragments which are strongly magnetic, very hard and believed to be of volcanic origin. Geochemistry indicates a composition near basalt but, visually, it doesn't look like it. Those fragments are themselves brecciated. The dike's reddish colour is due to hematization and probably related to the near syenitic intrusive. There is about 5% of pyrite and pyrrothite (*traces of chalcopyrite?) in the form of small stringers and masses starting at 259.25ft to 267 ft. The best values are: Cu-316ppm Zn 286ppm. High MAG anomaly is explained by magnetism of the dike (see fig.2).

HOLE 3-94

This hole intersected dacitic (possibly andesitic) pillowed flow. Some pillows have feldspar phenocrysts (5%). Main alteration is bleaching in the form of patches and haloes around fractures and

Same as hole 3-94. Some pyrite filling vesicles (3t locally).

GEOCHEMISTRY (see analysis)

HOLE 2-94

The supposed wall rock fragments were sampled. Composition is near basalt. The exact nature of those fragments stays doubtfull. Low values for copper and zinc were found in those fragments.

HOLE 3-94 and HOLE 4-94

Geochemistry analysis show a composition between andesite and dacite. It's difficult to settle definitively. Neither alteration nor significant mineralisation was found.

COMCLUPTfm

Metall Mining Corporation re-logged three diamond drill holes, owned by Mr A. Salo, in order to evaluate his property.

Neither alteration nor base metals anomalies was found.

Furthermore, nothing in holes 3-94 and 4-94 can explain EM conductors.

More geological work or prospecting is necessary to define the potential of the property.
