WHY ETHICSPOINT?

EthicsPoint Incident Management System and hotline enables all employees to easily and confidentially report any issue or instance of misconduct.

The system is a comprehensive and anonymous reporting tool that assists in addressing fraud, abuse, and other misconduct in the workplace.

The system will allow employees to file confidential and anonymous reports via the telephone (24 hour/seven days a week) or the Internet. CCSD employees can enter reports directly onto the EthicsPoint secure server to prevent any

possible breach in security or are able to submit a report via telephone at a toll-free hotline that is confidential and anonymous.

NAVEX Global Call Center will type the responses of the caller and submit them via the EthicsPoint Web site.

After a case is created, the employee receives a confidential user name and password so that they can login into the case and add information. The employee is also able to respond to questions regarding the case within the system.

The system does not generate or maintain any internal connection logs with Internet Protocol (IP) addresses.
