Ethics has to be practical in the kind of decisions we face daily. Realistic

Ethical training enables us to think about why we make the decisions we do.

Breaking the law and being unethical are not synonymous◦Breaking the law may be unethical, but being unethical is not always breaking the law

Ethics is not about what you do, rather it is the study of: what you should do?OUGHT

Ethics: Is a philosophy that examines the principles of right and wrong, good and bad

Tools to help employees resolve ethical problems;
