Bead Stick Measuring device @ Chris Kilpin Machinery
How It Works
1.5 metre 4-point bead stop that measures each side of the window frame your currently beading to give an exact fit to
that frame. Paddles on stop can be adjusted to fine tune settings i.e. to oversize bead to ensure there are no gaps when
fitted. Please. (1m extensions also available.) Can be fitted to most saws!
Simply butt one end of the stop
at one side of the frame Slide the paddle across And butt up against the
other side of the frame
Attach stop to saw via quick release socket
Repeat for each of the four sides of the frame
Slide bead through saw to the paddle on stop
clamp and cut bead, twist stop and repeat
process for each paddle.
Fit bead to frame.. Job done!

Panda 400 Upstroke Saw A Modern Saw for the 21st Century with safety and Operator Comfort in mind
This is the modern version of a single head saw its fully enclosed hood has to be down to operate the saw for operator protection, the clamps can be applied with
the hood up for loading but with low pressure for safety full pressure is applied automatically once the 2 buttons are pressed which requires both hands and the
hood to be down. The blade rises vertically via a hydro pneumatic cylinder with ultra fine speed adjustment via the front panel mounted regulator the oil feed
provides perfect control of the blade feed for cutting pvc or aluminium.
Machine comes complete with 2 horizontal and 2 vertical clamps, 400mm saw blade and mist spray unit as standard.
