220/132/33 KV substation in Bawal.

The pre-bid meeting was attended by the following firms:-

3. M/s. SPML Gurgaon.

4. M/s. Shreem, Panchkula.

5. M/s. EMCO, Panchkula.

6. M/s. GET Power, Gurgaon.

None of the firms submitted any quarries in writing during the

prebid meeting. However, the written quarries were received

subsequently through e-mail from many firms. Total 70Nos. quarries

were received. The para-wise comments on these quarries have

been compiled and are attached as Annexure-I. However, the

following points were made clear to the representatives of the firms

present in the meeting:

1. It was informed by HSIIDC that the GTPs of all major

equipments as mentioned in the ‘Instructions to Bidders’ of

tender documents is essentially required to be submitted by

the bidders. In case of any of the bidders does not submit the

GTPs, the bid will be rejected on non-responsive basis.

2. Various firms requested for extension of due date of tender.

HSIIDC considered the request and due date is extended upto

29-05-2012. Price bid will be opened on 15-06-2012. The

corrigendum in this regard is also being issued.
