4. EQUIPMENT SERVICES

4.1 Dismantling

PEC Ltd (MCY) was carrying out

hub according to PEC Safe Work Procedure (Document No. TBM

dismantle job, measure and record the existing fan blades pitch angle and tip clearance for

reference.

4.2 Installation

PEC Ltd (MCY) was carrying out installation of cooling tower new motor, gearbox and fan blade

center hub according to following procedure:

4.3 Check Alignment

PEC Ltd (MCY) was carrying out the alignment for new motor and gear box in order to avoid

unwanted sound and vibration during the normal operation. Final alignment
