Absentees Voters

• Absentee Voters that your receive by pager

• Go to your Administration Page

• Enter the Id number sent on the Pager

• Confirm Name

• Print Label

• Affix to Absentee Sheet

Go to your Administration Page and select MARK ABSENTEE

Enter the ID number from the pager message

Select the voter – then confirm that the voter matches

Print label and affix to Absentee Voted log sheet

Remove Voter Messages from Pager

• Complete Pink sheet

• Go to Administration Page

• Select Remove Voter

• Confirm

• Reconfirm

• Print label

• Affix label to Pink Sheet

Go to your Administration Page and select Remove Voter

Enter the ID number from the Remove Voter pager message

Extra Care is needed when removing a voter

Print label, affix to Pink Sheet and place in Black Book
