1. !f you miss the bus, you must find alternate kansportation for that day. We will not return tothe school, so please go straight to the bus stop when dismissed from school. The bus willleave 5 minutes after the children are let out of school.

2. All seatbelts must be secured properly and kept fastened until the bus has come to acomplete stop. lf your child fails to honor the seatbelt law, we WILL NOT transport yourchild.

3. Do not disturb emergency latches or stick your hands/arms out the windows.

4. You must ride a minimum of three days per week on a regular basis to keep yourreservation. lf you do not ride regularly, your reservation will automatically be cancelled andyour seat filled from the Waiting Llst lt is important to please make sure you ride on a regularbasis. More than 3 "no shows" and you will be removed from the schedule. No refunds willbe given.

5. Cancellations - The office must be notified of all cancellations. lf vou are not ridinq dueto illness. vacation, etc. - D lease notifv the office. We are not affiliated with anv of the schoolsso thev do not notifv us. If we do not hear from you conce q Your absence. whichresults in not ridinq the minimum d required, reservati transport will becancelled. No refunds will be given.

6. Discipline Policy

a. 13t lncident - Notice to parenUguardian.

b. 2nd lncident - Notice to parenUguardian.

c. 3'd lncident - Your riding privileges are cancelled and we will fill the vacancy from thewaiting list. No refunds will be given.

7. Student Monthly Pass - $10.00; Additional Student Monthly Bus Pass for student residing withthe same household address is $5.00. 2'l"tCentury students' monthly passes will be paid forby Hobbs Schools.

a. Payment must be received PRIOR to the Sth day of each month unless your childis enrolled in the 21st Century program. lf payment is not received by the Sth of themonth, transportation WILL BE suspended until payment is received in the office. Norefunds will be given.

8. Hobbs Express will not operate on City observed holidays, during adverse weather or roadconditions. lf school dismisses early due to weather, it will be the responsibility of the parent topick that child up.

1. Si se le pasa el autobris, debe encontrar un transporte alternative para ese dia. No vamosa volver a Ia escuela, asi que por favor ir directamente a la parade de autob0s al salir de laescuela. El autobtis saldr6 de 5 minutos despu6s de que los nifros se dejan fuera de laescuela.

2 Todos los cinturones de seguridad deben ser asegurados adecuadamente y mantienenatados hasta que el autobris se haya detenido por complete, si su hijo no cumple con laley de cintur6n de seguridad, no vamos a transporter a su hijo.

No molestar pestiools de emergencia o meta las manos/brazos por las ventanilas.

Usted debe montar un minimo de tres dias a la semana de forma regular para mantenersu reserve. Si no monta con regularidad, su reserve ser6 automSticamente cancelada y suasiento lleno de la Lista de Espera. Es importante que por favor aseg[rese de que uitedmonta en una base regular. M6s de 3 "no shows" y se le quit6 de la programaci6n. No seda16n reembolsos.

6. Politica de Disciplinaa. Primero de lncidentes - Aviso a los padres/tutores.b. Segundo incidente - Notificaci6n a los padres/tutores.c. Tercero lncidentes - Sus privilegios de viajar se cancelan y vamos a cubrir la vacante

de la lista de espera. No se darin reembolsos.

7 Estudiantes Pase Mensual - $10.00; Bus adicional Estudiante mensual para el estudiante quereside con la misma direcci6n de la casa es de $5.00.

a. El pago debe ser recibido antes del Quinto dla de cada mes. Si el pago no es recibidopor el dia 5 del mes, el transporte ser6 suspendido hasta que se reciba el pago en laoficina. No se dar5n reembolsos.

Hobbs Express no funcionar6 en observacion de dias festivos, o durante condiciones delclima adversas en la carretera. Si la escuela se Cierra temprano debido al mal tiempo, sera laresponsabilidad de los padres para recoger a nifro.
