The Selonians

One of the Baltic tribes, the Selonians, has been extinct since the 13th century. Two representatives of this tribe (a man and a woman) are reconstructed in accordance with historical sources.

These two figures demonstrate outfits and jewellery that were specific to this particular tribe.

Inhabitants of Ancient Southern LithuaniaMuseum of Regional Studies, Alytus, Lithuania

“Life on Both Sides of the river Nemunas” is the name for one of the exhibitions in Alytus Regional Museum. We created two representatives of the region for this exhibition - a 30-year old armed warrior with chain mail, and a 25-year-old girl wearing a national costume, typical of the region of South Lithuania.

These two figures are made using casts of selected real human prototypes.

Aztec Emperor Moctezuma IIMuseum of Chocolate , Šiaul iai , L ithuania

Aztecs were among the first people to start using cocoa beans. After conquering the Aztec Empire, Spanish conquistadors introduced these goods to Europe.The character is made from a sculptured prototype, with the intuitive intention of reconstructing the appearance of Aztecemperor Moctezuma II.

The costume, jewellery and the head piece were made in ac-cordance with anthropological data.The emperor of the noble Aztec nation honourably stands in the exhibition of Chocolate Museum in Šiauliai.

Sister of St. Casimir and Camaldolese Museum of Pažais l is Monaster y, Kaunas , L ithuania

Two Congregations – of camaldolese monks and of sisters of St. Casimir – have been the owners of Pažaislis Camaldolese Monastery, built in 17-18th century. The museum of the Monastery contains two mannequins thatwere created by our artists.

The figures are made using casts of selected real human prototypes with the intention to of reconstructing members of Pažaislis monastery.

Dominican monkSacral Art Exposit ion in Trakai Histor y museum, Trakai , L ithuania

In the 17th century the Dominicans built a monastery near the castle in Trakai peninsula. In 2012 an exposition of sacred art was opened to the public.The Dominican monk, created by our artists, has become one of the attractions of the exhibition.

Not only does it demonstrates the customary clothing of a Dominican monk, but also by means reacts to the public as they walk past. The technology of mechatronics was applied to this object for the first time.

Soldiers of the Soviet UnionMuseum of C old War - former underground nuclear miss i le base, Plokšt inė, L ithuania

In 1963, Western Lithuania, Plungė surroundings, a secret underground nuclear rocket base was built. It was active until 1978. Afterwards, this territory was abandoned. In 2012 a museum to the Cold War was opened there.

Our specialists made five Russian soldiers for the exhibition: they represent Lithuania in that period as well as demonstrate the munitions and uniforms of the soldiers who served in that base.

All mannequins are made according to the laws of human anatomy, able to maintain their own weight and ba lance without addit ional support or f ix ing to the ground.

Vis ible body par ts of the mannequins are ver y rea l-ist ic , have natura l- looking hair, eyelashes and eye-brows.

The sensat ion of a rea l person’s sk in can be fe lt as wel l : pores , wr ink les and subt le sk in tones are v is ible .

Each mannequin can be the accurate reproduct ion of a rea l human, a f ic t ional character or just a par t of his body.

There is a poss ibi l ity to reproduce the movements of a human body and create interact ions with v iewers . If there is a need required, we can insta l l pivot ing joints that enable more posing opportunit ies .

Anatomic features of the mannequins can be adjusted to cer tain costumes and/or accessor ies .
