Count off for Eo ipso (2012) is an open program of events that will include the launch of The EnsProject app for iPad, lectures, publications, film screenings and performances in the lead up to“Eo ipso” the multimedia live art work in the third and final phase of Asemota’s ongoing workThe Ens Project which he began in 2005.

The program will improve as more dates are confirmed.

An aspect of Leo Asemota’s yearlong photographic essay “Map of a City” (2001) is included inthis group exhibition curated by Pamela Edmonds and Sally Frater.

Born in Benin City, Nigeria Leo Asemota settled in London, England in 1998 soon aftercompleting his studies at the London Institute. His multifaceted practice encompasses film,photography, sculpture and performance.
