Mustang Canada Inc. is seeking prequalification responses from interested companies forprovision of the Firewater Pumps Package for use on the Husky Energy hite !ose E"tensionPro#ect. Husky Energy is currently in the planning stages for this development which$ su%#ect tofinal company$ partner and regulatory approvals$ would include construction of a ellheadPlatform &HP'.

Interested companies must %e qualified to conduct the work scope as outlined in theprequalification questionnaire.

!espondents are required to demonstrate their capa%ilities and e"perience via a formalresponse to this E(I)Prequalification advertisement. !espondents should provide a history of

operations in the *orth +tlantic &or equivalent climate'. Further details on Husky Energy and its(perating Environment are outlined %elow.

ensuring that 2u%:vendors are capa%le of meeting all requirements and that they aresupplied with the correct technical documentation and all relevant sections of the

Purchase (rder and all su%sequent approved revisions of the relevant sections of

the !equisition document.

;' Compliance with supplier ) packager ) manufacturer %lueprints$ drawings and

specifications for all components that comprise the Firewater Pumps Package$ thus

ensuring that form$ fit and function for interchangea%le components$ systems and

su%:systems are not adversely affected.

/' 2u%mission of a comprehensive monthly progress report and critical path schedules

detailing all items in the critical path and their progress for each month. +s well asparticipation in a monthly status conference call.

@' Participation in at least one clarification meeting prior to award at the Client?s facility$

a kickoff meeting after award at the packager?s facility$ a H+G(P meeting at the

Client?s facility$ a design finaliDation meeting prior to design freeDe at the Client?s

facility$ a pre:inspection meeting at the packager?s facility$ a pre:F+5 meeting at the

requirements.

,9' Compliance with Canadian and C*4(P< !egulatory requirements.

,=' 5he supply of all special tools$ capital spares$ and start:up and commissioning spares asdefined in the purchase order. Commissioning spares shall include spare cards and P4Cs for

any control systems. 5he supplier shall advise the Client when spares must %e ordered so they

can %e manufactured with the main equipment.
