4
What is Audio Enhancement?
Audio Enhancement is the use of an infrared wireless microphone system in a learning environment to distribute the teachers natural voice evenly throughout the room, so that every student can hear.
5
Hearing is a first-order event for the development of language and literacy skills
Classrooms are auditory-verbal environments
The ability to learn centers on how well the brain receives incoming signals or information from the teacher.
Why Audio Enhancement - Hearing6
Distance Matters (Inverse Square Law)
• 60-70% of all learning is auditory • Raises test scores• Increases academic achievement • Reduce behavior issues
Sound DECREASES 6 dB every time the distance is doubled
7Background Noise
There should be 15 dB difference between the source audio and background noise.
• Where did you sit?• Where does your child sit?• Assigned seating?• Do you have a choice?
• Where do ESL students sit?• Are they misunderstanding message?• ESL scores lowers overall test scores• Funding is effected by ESL achievement

22The Competition
Other “Voice Reinforcement” systems claim to have a panic button. They REQUIRE a 3rd party alert system.
Would you by a new car with no tires from one place, then have to go to another place for a complete solution?
Hey, I am sending over another one.
Excellent!
