STATEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER

I, the undersigned below:

Hereby declared and agreed to the following matters:

a. I am aware that my participation in ISKANDAR SHOOT 2012 which held by JOHOR CLAYTARGET SHOOTING ASSOCIATION, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer, (which termsincludes all persons involved directly or indirectly in the Organizing Committee as well asservants, agents or any other third party), at Johor Clay Target Shooting Range, REMEstate,from 19 to 22 April 2012 is potentially dangerous to my safety and I participate in that activityat my own risk.

b. Furthermore, I also acknowledge that the Organizer cannot control a shooting range ofmatters that will create or vary risks to my health and safety. Such things include theweather, deterioration of range surfaces through use, personal attributes such as my fitnessand level of expertise and my approach to the challenges presented in this competition.

c. I am also aware that it is a condition of my entry into this competition that I will waive allrights I might otherwise hold against the Organizer. I release the Organizer from all liabilityany of them might later have to me for or arising out of any injury to me caused in any wayby my participation in the competition or by any other way whatsoever due to any negligentact, breach of duty, default and/or omission on the part of the Organizer.

d. I am also aware that any person participating in this competition is only allowed to do so onthe distinct understanding that they do so at their own risk.

By signed this letter I declared that I have read and understood the warning, and releasefrom liability and waiver stated above and agree to be bound by it as a condition of my entryinto this competition.
