Entrapass Go Mobile Application


Requirements:

1. EntraPass Corporate Edition or Global Edition version 6.03.42 or above,

2. SmartLink applications installed and running.

3. Port 81 and 8801 needs to be opened and forwarded to the server

4. EntraPass Go Apple IOS or Android mobile application version 2.10 or above.

Configuring EntraPass Go (screen captures from IOS version on iPhone)

1. Open the program. Create custom gesture pattern on 3x3 grid (see below)


2. Configure your system(s) server settings. Click on + button to add a new server site:


• Within Entrapass Corporate or Global workstation, go to Devices and the Application. From the Application drop-down list, select SmartLink. Enter relevant server URL and user name/password information into EntraPass Go settings screen.

• Enter 8801 for Port• Save Changes.

3. Repeat #2 to add additional server sites. At main menu, use Server Name pulldown to select an individual server location.

3. Entrapass Go Functional Operation a) Doors - Swipe Left to bring up the access control interface.

- Tap on access control interface to lock or unlock door


- Click on Door header to pull up list of all doors on system.

- Scroll up and down to select different doors within the system.


- Individual doors can be opened or closed from this screen, using the swipe and tap method from above.

- Note that Door list can also be accessed by clicking on Door icon from Home Toolbar.

b) Video- Click on Play button to view a live camera feed from the system.


- Click on Video header to pull up list of all doors on system


- Click on any available cameras in list to access live view in full screen.

- Within Event Log, any event showing the icon will have a captured video clip available for review.


- Select event with clip, then hit play button to view.

- Note pause, play, fast-forward, and rewind functions of player.


c) Intrusion

- Swipe Left to bring up the intrusion arming interface.

- Tap amber icon to “Arm Stay” or red icon to “Arm Away“


- Panel shown below in Exit Delay and then subsequently armed in next 2 images.

- Swipe Left to bring up intrusion disarming interface. Tap green icon to disarm alarm panel. Panel will disarm to “Ready” state (2nd image below)


- Scroll up and down to select different partitions within the system.


- Click on Intrusion header to pull up list of all partitions on system.


d) Users

- Click on “+” to add a new user. Information entry window shown below.


- Add User name

- Tap camera icon to take photo of user with IOS/Android camera.

- Select Card state pulldown to set the status of the Card.


- Swipe up or down to select. Click to accept change or to exit.

- Select Card type pulldown to set desired card type.

- Select Badge pulldown to select Badge? (shows None on most users)

- Tap Add a card to access the card entry interface. Enter Card number, expiration date and Start/End dates.


- Tap Access levels to set access level for new user.

- Use Door Exception pulldowns to set restrictions for user.


- Click to accept changes or to exit.

- Populate other user fields as required.

- Click to complete creation of new user.


- From Main screen, click spyglass to enter user search screen.


- Use Qwerty keypad entry to search for users. Tap a user to access/edit user profiles.

- From Main screen, select Users header, to pull up complete user list.


e) Reports

- From Main screen, select Reports header to enter report creation screen.

- Click on Report pulldown to select report type.


- After selecting desired report, select Format from report creation screen.

- After selecting format type, enter Start Date and End Date information from report creation screen.

- After entering Start and End date/time intervals, enter email address that you would like report to be sent to through the @ dialog window from the report creation screen. Click Submit.


4. Other Toolbar Functions


a) Relay Control

- Select icon from Toolbar to enter relay screen

- Select a particular relay to access control screen.


- Can manually Activate or Deactivate by tapping on specified buttons. Activate relay temporarily by entering hour, minute, and second duration and then tapping Set. Return relay to existing schedule by tapping Back To Schedule button.

b) Inputs Supervision

- Select icon from Toolbar to enter settings screen

- Select a particular input to access control screen.

- Can manually add or remove supervision by tapping on specified buttons. Supervision can be temporarily changed to “not supervised” by entering hour, minute, and second duration and then tapping Set.


c) Schedule Definition


- Tap a schedule that you would like to make changes to or view.

- Make any required changes to schedule name or interval using specified fields. Add a new interval by tapping the “+” button.


d) Access Level Definition


- Tap an Access Level profile that you would like to make changes to or view.

- Make any required changes to Access Level profile name or schedule using specified fields. Create a new Access Level profile by tapping the “+” button within the settings screen.


e) Server Setup/Selection


- Enter fields for server information, User name, Password, and Port to access another server.

f) Software Build Info

- Select icon from Toolbar to see current software build version.

g) Logout of EntraPass Go

- Select icon from Toolbar to logout of EntraPass Go.
