Joint venture EPD (45%), Enbridge (35%) and Anadarko (20%) Enbridge design, construct and operate two gathering systems: Elk City gathering: 200-mile

North Texas gathering: 70-mile pipeline system with capacity of 24 MBPD connected to 5 plants
