Pertingkatkan kesihatan dankesejahteraan anak anda denganmenyertai program SHA.

SHA akan menyediakan nasihat dan bimbingan untuk para pelajaryang mempunyai isu berkaitan kesihatan supaya susulan yang tepatmasa, jika perlu, boleh ditawarkan kepada mereka. SHA juga bolehmerujukkan pelajar kepada pakar yang bersesuaian untukpengurusan lanjut.

Program Penasihat Kesihatan Pelajaryang disokong sepenuhnya olehkementerian pendidikan ini, diuruskanoleh jururawat terlatih yang ditugaskandi beberapa sekolah menengah terpilih.

Program SHA akan memanfaatkan pelajar yang:

• ada pertanyaan am mengenai kesihatan mereka

• kurang berat atau terlebih berat badan dan memerlukan nasihat mengenaiamalan gaya hidup sihat (contohnya pemakanan sihat dan aktiviti fizikalyang tetap)

• mempunyai keadaan perubatan sedia ada (contohnya, lelah, kencingmanis) dan memerlukan nasihat kesihatan

• ingin mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat.

Pelajar boleh dirujuk untuk berjumpa SHA oleh:

• guru, kaunselor sekolah, atau kakitangan-kakitangan lain di sekolah mereka

• doktor dan jururawat dari pasukan Perkhidmatan Kesihatan SekolahLembaga Penggalakan Kesihatan (HPB) semasa lawatan kesihatan sekolahrutin mereka.

Pelajar yang tidak dirujukkan boleh juga membuat janji temu sendiri untukberjumpa dengan SHA. Ibu bapa juga boleh merujuk anak mereka kepada SHA.

Khidmat nasihat oleh SHA bolehdijalankan secara perseorangan atauberkumpulan di sekolah. Kekerapan dantempoh kaunseling ini mungkin berbeza-beza mengikut keperluan individu.

Sesi kaunseling akan dijalankan sama adasemasa atau selepas waktu sekolah.SHA akan cuba untuk menjadualkansesi tersebut supaya tidak begitumengganggu pelajaran pelajar.

Semua maklumat yang dikongsi semasa

sesi akan dirahsiakan sepenuhnya.

Penyertaan dalam program SHA adalah

sukarela. Jika anda bersetuju untuk anak

anda menyertainya, kebenaran anda akan

kekal sah bagi sepanjang tempoh anak

anda berada di sekolah.
