English

This week, we have got an exciting task for you to do. This task will

be something you can keep with you for a long time and help you

remember the last few months.

We would like you to write a letter to yourself in 20 years time. This

letter can be an informal style of writing that is for you to read in

20 years and remember what life was like.

Here is an example of how to set out your letter:

As it is an informal letter to yourself, there is no need to write an

address but if you would like to remember your current address for

your future self then we will leave that choice up to you.

We recommend writing three main paragraphs and write about one

idea/question per paragraph. Here are some things you might want

to write about:

What are your hobbies? What do you enjoy most about school? Who

are your friends and what do you like to do with them? What are

your favourite foods? What do you enjoy doing with your family

while at home?

Once you have written your letter, you will need to keep it in a safe

place. You could even try burying it in your garden!

Maths

We have come to the end of the Whiterose Maths scheme of work

so have found a fun ‘Math Mystery’ we would like you to have a go at

solving!

Please find the Mysteries attached. You can choose from two

mysteries or you could even try solving both! The Football Game

mystery is a little trickier than the Story Ending but either one will

be a fun way to finish our school year!
