    I believe that within all of us there is an

    adventurer. Some of us are risk takers,

    some do or want to travel to all ends of the

    earth and others want to speak in front of

    thousands and most dream of exploring

    the unknown. However you define an

    adventure, there is an adventurer in all of

    us. Maybe that is why we all ended up in

    Forever together. Whatever your reason,

    I challenge you to reconnect with that

    reason, revaluate your why. We are on the

    precipice of yet another new year. 2015

    is upon us and with it, a blank slate. This

    year, I challenge you to choose your own

    adventure!

    “Take some time toreflect on 2014. Whatwere you able toaccomplish last year? What will you achieve

    this year?”One of the beautiful things about Forever

    is that you are able to create your own

    destiny. Your success is measured by your

    drive and commitment to yourself and your

    business. Like any kind of adventure, there

    are many options and important steps that

    you must take to achieve your goals.

    Choose Your Destination: January is a

    time for optimism and dreaming BIG! Will

    you join us at our next exciting destination

    for Global Rally 2016? Or maybe you’d like

    to earn some extra cash to use towards anew car with Forever2Drive? How about

    participating in the next Eagle Manager’s

    Retreat? Of course, you can achieve ALL

    of the above, and there are countless other

    exciting opportunities – simply decide

    which incentives to work towards.

    Plan Effectively: Now that you’ve

    determined your goals for the year, how

    will you reach them? What people will you

    need around you to make your journey

    fantastic? Build a roadmap from where

    you are now to your achievements in 2015

    and set milestones to accomplish along

    the way – they will help you stay on course

    throughout the year.

    Be Flexible: Have you ever been on a great

    trip and decided you needed to rearrange

    your route to see something you hadn’t

    planned for? Being adaptable to new

    challenges and opportunities you may

    not have planned for is important. Take a

    step back often to evaluate your progress

    toward your goals and make the necessary

    adjustments as you go.

    Have Fun: Eleanor Roosevelt once said:

    “happiness is not a goal, it’s a product

    of a life well lived”. Make sure you enjoy

    the journey and appreciate the things

    happening around you. Whether good

    or bad, try to find a reason to be grateful

    every day. Gratitude leads to happiness.

    I believe the greatest and most rewarding

    adventures are those that are shared,

    so don’t forget to make sponsoring new

    people a big part of your adventure for

    2015.

    Forever F.I.T.Rustin, part of the pilot program in January 2014for Forever F.I.T., shares his story and how his lifehas changed a year later.

    You can tell that Rustin is a bit

    uncomfortable being the center of

    attention as the film crew sets up around

    him. This husband, and father of three,

    is matter-of-fact when describing his

    weight loss journey and when he realized

    he needed to make a change.

    “I’m 31 years old and had reached a

    weight that I had never been at before.

    It kind of scared me, to be honest,”

    Rustin explains. “I got to the point

    where I couldn’t wear my wedding ring

    anymore – it just wouldn’t fit. That’s

    when I realized I needed to really make a

    change and do something different.”

    “One of the main things

    that’s changed in mesince going through theF.I.T. program is just theconfidence and self-esteem that I now have.”

    Rustin didn’t always struggle with

    his weight. He was an athlete in high

    school, playing both baseball and

    football. But as the years passed,

    he noticed the pounds were slowly

    piling on. He tried different programs,

    sometimes losing weight, sometimes

    not – but always struggled to maintain

    the weight loss after. It wasn’t until he

    was invited to join the pilot program for

    Forever F.I.T. that he was finally able to

    make a permanent change for the better.

    During the trials, 12 participants were

    provided with the F.I.T. products,

    guidance on nutrition and access to

    a trainer. Rustin achieved significantresults and showed off his new look on

    stage at the Global Rally in London. In

    90 days, Rustin had lost 48 pounds, 28

    inches and 13.6% of his body fat! “The

    format of the program laid everything

    out for me – and that was something I

    needed, to have a basic guideline and

    something to go off of,” Rustin says.

    While he seems a bit quiet and reserved

    at times, Rustin comes alive when he

    talks about his family. He credits his

    beautiful wife Jill, and their children, with

    being a constant support and motivation.“For me, I know that being healthy is

    something that will make a difference for

    the rest of my life. I have three wonderful

    little girls that mean everything to me,

    and I know it’s important for me to be

    healthy, so I can be an active part of their

    life.” Rustin also credits his trainers and

    friends, Brandon and Jason, with whom

    he completed the F.I.T. trial, for helping

    to keep him on track with the programs

    as well. “I’m a competitive guy and

    knowing those guys were there, in the

    morning challenging me, was a huge

    motivator.”

    In the last year, many aspects of Rustin’s

    life have changed. He and his family

    spend more time being active - going

    for evening runs and bike rides. He has

    established healthy habits and built

    a confidence he’d never had before.

    that’s changed in me since going through the F.I.T. program is

     just the confidence and self-esteem that I now have. That’s really

    helped me throughout my life, at work, at home, being a husband

    and with my kids…I’m really grateful for that.”

    Despite all of these amazing accomplishments and

    transformations, there is one that sticks out most in Rustin’s mind:

    being able to put his wedding ring back on part way through

    his F.I.T. journey. “I had accomplished that and it motivated me

    to keep working hard. It showed me that what I was doing was

    X Marks the Spot From cookies to gingerbread houses, the holidays conjure images of our favorite

    tasty treats. Nothing says the holiday season is here like the smell of fresh, baked,homemade cookies and treats from Grandma’s oven.

    Well, our new Forever PRO X 2™ protein

    bars were created with Grandma in

    mind! Most protein and snack bars

    on the market are made from either a

    cold form extrusion process or a cold

    slab-and-slit process. These processes

    have remained relatively unchanged

    for the past 25 years. When we created

    the PRO X2

     bars, the Forever productdevelopment team opted to use a

    different process.

    New technologies and flavor systems

    have allowed the Forever team to create

    a bar that is high in protein, gluten-free

     AND tastes good, without a lot of sugar.

    The proprietary baking process used to

    make Forever’s PRO X2™ bars involves

    the same steps that Grandma uses to

    We moved fromIndia to Canadawith a BIG DREAM…

    Distributor Highlight 

    Senior Managers, Jaswinder & Swarnjit

    Grewal, grew up in India. Jaswinder

    completed his education in science,and taught for about three years before

    moving to Montreal, Canada in 1986.

     After marrying Swarnjit, I started to

    look for work opportunities. I began

    working in an industrial sector, but was

    not happy at all, so I decided to start my

    own advertising company in Toronto.

    I realized quickly that I essentially did

    not own the business – it owned me. I

    did not have time for my family nor was

    there any time for me. On top of working

    12-16 hours a day, I was exhausted at

    the end of the day and did not have any

    energy left.

    In 1995, I began to work in a network

    marketing company. I was not very

    successful, but I did realize that if you

    really want to obtain a combination of

    time, money and future security, the

    only way to do so is through network

    marketing. I kept looking for that

    company that was the right fit, and

    tried many different network marketing

    companies. My friends knew that I wasalways looking for a new opportunity,

    and in August of 2010, a friend of mine

    said he had found an opportunity that I

    would love to look into. He scheduled a

    meeting with Willie Hsu (Regional Sales

    Director in Canada) at a local coffee

    shop. After reviewing the business

    plan and getting all the answers to my

    questions, I said “I’m in!”

    That day, I signed on a self-attested

    affidavit of financial freedom. When I

    went home to tell my wife, she was notvery happy, because she didn’t see

    what I saw. Thankfully, she has always

    believed in me, and said, “I know you

    can do it, but don’t drag me to the

    meetings.” I said okay, but what about

    going on earned trips and vacations

    from the company? Then she said, “I will

    definitely go with you on those!”

    In 2011, my wife and I attended the

    Super Rally in Washington D.C. We

    saw Rex Maughan, Greg Maughan and

    many other successful leaders on the

    stage, and we both really enjoyed the

    experience - especially my wife who

    was very excited. It was the best long

    distance picnic of our life that changed

    my wife’s view about FLP, forever.

    The rest is history - we have not looked

    back since then. We are building our

    business with our hearts. My whole

    family, including my two sons and my

    mom, use 100% of Forever’s products,

    and our monthly 4 to 5CC comes from

    our family and friends.

    Swarnjit used to work for a department

    store called Zellers, which closed its doors

    in 2012. I told my wife that she didn’t haveto look for a job anymore and to just enjoy

    Forever. Since then, she has been a full-

    time mom to our two handsome boys and

    a full-time wife to me.

    I would suggest that anyone new to

    the company look into their Forever

    business very seriously, because this is

    one of the highest paying opportunities

    in the world. We love Forever’s

    incentive programs, and we are always

    working towards achieving them. We

    have already enjoyed many trips, and

    there are more to come. Also, use the

    products… you will never go wrong.

    Social influenceSocial media has had amassive impact on the

    way Forever Distributorsconduct their businessand has seen somepeople move throughthe Marketing Plan at animpressive rate.

    It has also changed the way consumers

    in general make purchasing decisions

    and is having a direct influence on what

    and how people purchase items online

    and elsewhere.

    We’ve put together a run-down of

    interesting stats and facts relating to

    how social media influences its users –

    and a quick look at what you should be

    doing to ensure you are exploiting this.

     Who uses social media?

    How do they use it?

    25 to 34-year-olds are the largestdemographic of Facebook users

    93% of Pinterest users are women.

    Pinterest users age 18-24

    (21%) only account for

    4% more than users age

    45-54 (17%)

     Twitter says that 40% of its usersonly visit the platform to read otherpeople’s tweets, rather than tweetanything themselves, seeing it asa “curated news feed of updatesthat reflect their passions.”

    80% of Twitter users are active on

    mobile devices, the majority of these

    likely to be Smartphone users.

     Americans spend an average of 16 minutesout of every hour on social networks.

     According to research by

    Econsultancy, LinkedIn is

    responsible for 64% of visitsto corporate websites from

    any social media site. So don’t

    underestimate LinkedIn!

    62% of Twitter users follow brands

    and one in four use Twitter whilst

    shopping.

    Daily checklist What should you be doing to ensure your social media presence is having an impact?

     Check your socialmedia platforms forinteractions

    This means messages, comments, friend

    requests, questions or tags aimed at

    you. The faster you respond to these,

    the better, as it demonstrates you are

    proactive and organized, giving your

    business credibility and building trust

    with customers and prospects.

    Engage: it’s not all

    about you

    Make sure you are regularly appearing in

    your followers’ news feeds by updating

    your status on a daily basis. BUT, avoid

    posting for the sake of it.

    Keep your updates interesting

    and topical. It doesn’t necessarily need

    to be directly related to your business,

    but it should be something that most

    of your followers would care about,

    so avoid incessantly posting aboutwhat you’ve eaten that day, or vague

    posts about how annoyed you are with

    someone who you “can’t name.”

     A recent survey found that couples who

    post soppy messages about one another

    in their statuses were what Facebook

    users found most annoying (25%).

     And bragging isn’t wise either: 22% of

    respondents said it was people who

    boast about their “perfect lives” on the

    platform.

    So remember, it’s not all about you.

    Interact with others, congratulate them on

    their achievements and ask questions.

     Be compliant

    We know we’ve said it a thousand

    times before, but if you want to continue

    to promote your business through

    social media, you simply must remain

    compliant. Follow our lead – shareForever’s videos and posts and only use

    product brochure text when describing

    the products.

    Offline marketing

    To drive more people to your site and

    generate more followers and friends,

    remember to promote your social mediapresence offline too.

    Include your Twitter handle and

    Facebook page, etc. on any literature

    you distribute, such as business cards

    and flyers, and on any correspondence

    you send out, such as letters and emails.

     This year, they took some time to help fill,weigh and pack food for children aroundthe world by donating a couple hours to the‘Feed My Starving Children’ organization.
