ADL was founded in 1994 as an exclusive representative of
world's known European manufacturers of high-quality engi-
neering equipment. We were one of the first players on the
domestic market which introduced state-of-the-art equip-
ment for housing and public utilities, water supply, sewage
and construction facilities. However, from the very begin-
ning, the Company planned to start up its own production of
high-quality equipment basing upon cutting-edge European
technologies. In 2002, the Company commissioned its own
production facilities and launched its first products in the
Raduzhniy settlement (the Kolomenskiy District, the Moscow
region). 2009 was marked by opening of a separate full-cycle
workshop for manufacturing Beeval ball valves, expansion of
the product range up to DN 1200 mm, continuous improve-
ment of Company's products and production upgrading.
Today, ADL is a leader in design, manufacture and supplies of
engineering solutions for housing, public utilities, water sup-
ply, sewage and construction sectors, as well as process solu-
tions for various industries.
ADL focuses on pipe valves and fittings, pumping and electrical
equipment,instrumentation and controls.

ADL Production accommodates two spacious workshops and
state-of-the-art warehouse and logistic complex equipped
with WMS system (with the total area exceeding 20 000 m2).
From the very beginning, ADL pursued the goal of manufac-
turing high-quality products. Therefore, we use cutting-edge
technologies and equipment only.
Fully automated production cycle accommodates advanced
CNC machines for performing all operations and customized
testing benches for controlling product quality. Each product
manufactured at ADL Production is subject to 100% qual-
ity control in compliance with the applicable standards and
regulations. Experts of Det Norske Veritas, one of major inter-
national certification registrars, confirmed the compliance of
ADL's quality management system with the requirements of
ISO 9001:2008 (Certificate No. 123347-2012-AQ-MCW-FINAS).
ADL's daily output exceeds 1000 units of products. Due to
effective teamwork of ADL's personnel, we are able to handle
any challenging job within the agreed lead time. Our smooth
running production process contributes to lower equipment
cost, attractive prices and high quality of products offered to
ADL's partners and customers. ADL's own Design Department
delivers unique engineering solution meeting project-specific
requirements (if necessary).

Granflow Booster Sets
The production of Granflow Booster Sets was launched at LLC ADL Pro-
duction (the Kolomenskiy District) in 2002. The product range includes
pump sets for water supply systems, fire fighting systems and circulat-
ing heating and air conditioning systems.
ADL offers an integrated engineering solution for pumping applica-
tions.
Pumping set features 1–6 centrifugal pumps mounted on a common
base plate. Inlet and outlet of each pump are fitted with shut-off and
control valves. Intake manifold is equipped with a pressure gauge and
dry running protection relay. Discharge manifold is equipped with a
pressure sensor or relay, pressure gauge and membrane tank (to pro-
tect instrumentation against surges). Products come with a Grantor
Control Panel.
Prefabricated, preset and pretested Granflow Pump Sets are ready for
connection to pipeline and power network.
ADL offers customized mounting options matching client's technical
specifications and requirements, including manifolds with nonstand-
ard diameters and/or valves and fittings, extra functions of control pan-
els, etc.
ADL's quality control system provides testing of the entire booster set
and its components for improved reliability of the products.

Project-Specific Solutions
The project of mobile pump sets for emergency water supplies to
housing and public utilities facilities developed for MGUP Mosvodoka-
nal may be considered as an example. Granflow Pump Sets installed
in vehicles energized by a diesel power station or stationary electric
power source were used for prompt water supply in case of repair
works, power failure or faults of hot and cold water pumps. Pump sets
featured two pumping groups for supplying water to 9, 12 and 25-floor
buildings. Grantor Control Panel with integrated frequency converter
was used to control the pump set. After successful testing, Granflow
Booster Sets have been smoothly operated at the emergency water
supply since 2011.
ADL offers a reliable and high-end equipment perfectly tailored to
technical requirements of any project-specific system and financial ca-
