Resume of the Engineering Experiences and Technical Activities of the Consulting and

Management Engineering group.

Our engineering services cope With the highest standards through knowledge, experience, creativeness

and openness towards new development. We are always trying to find new ways which lead to innovative

developments and a lead to best future.

ENCOM GROUP was established formally in 1990 by Prof. Dr. Eng. Mohamed Ahmed Mohamedien and his Parteners. The company headquartered is in Cairo, Egypt and hase a managing directors in most of Engineering Fields. The group includes consultants of more than 35 years of experience and more than 200 projects achieved in Egypt and Arab countries. Moreover, it applies its projects according to specific plans aiming to achieve its projects on time with the financial affairs formerly discussed with its clients.

The consulting and management engineering group includes a specialized

group in most of the engineering fields related to the design of civil and electromechanical works (port terminals, port structures, shore protections, water and sewage networks, sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, ordinary and special structure works, supervision and project managements and preparation of final tender documents).

ENCOM group is specified with its 35 years experience in the engineering

ENCOM has studied and designed many projects in the fields of environmental and sanitary engineering, for example;

- Prepare designs primary and final drawings for the sewage treatment plant in the Second-industrial city in Dammam - Saudi Arabia for the company of Development and Operation of Industrial Cities, the project includes the entrance units and sedimentation tanks primary and secondary, ventilation tanks and water tanks, sludge treatment and built-press filters and contact tanks, pumping stations and networks. The work also includes a review of all electromechanical works, and the total cost of the project is about 90 million Saudi riyals.

- Preparation of primary and final designs and drawings and tender documents for Drinking water systems, industry and wastewater collection of the fourth and fifth regions of the Second Industrial City in Dammam a total area of 7.5 million square meters - Saudi Arabia - in favor of the Development and Operation of Industry Cities Company.

- Prepare designs primary and final drawings for the sewage treatment plant in the industrial city at El-Hasa - Saudi Arabia - for the company of Development and Operation of Industrial Cities, the project includes the entrance units and sedimentation tanks primary and secondary, ventilation tanks and water tanks, sludge treatment and built-press filters and contact tanks, pumping stations and networks. The work also includes a review of all electromechanical works,and the total cost of the project is about 35 million Saudi riyals.

- Prepare designs primary and final drawings for the sewage treatment plant in the industrial zone in Second Industrial City in Rayadh - Saudi Arabia - for the benefit of the company Biowoorks - Egypt's facilities the project includes the entrance units and sedimentation tanks primary and secondary, ventilation tanks and water tanks, sludge treatment ,pumping stations and networks





- Prepare designs primary and final drawings for the establishment of a network and the location of water works and assembling and wastewater treatment in the industrial city of Medina - Saudi Arabia project includes the design of water site and networks of water and the location of the collection network of sewage and industrial, as well as waste-water treatment plant .





Sewage treatment plant in the Second-industrial city, El-Dammam - Saudi

Arabia (Company of Development and Operation of Industrial Cities) - Prepare designs primary and final drawings for the establishment of a network and the

location of water works in the industrial city of Tabuk - Saudi Arabia project includes the design of water site and networks of water .

- Prepare designs primary and final drawings for electromechanical work station pumps Bank cutter in Fayoum and the Bureau prepare shop drawings for the benefit of the Arab Contractors Company - North Branch level - the owner and the Ministry of Irrigation and Water Resources and the total cost of the project is about 90 million pounds.

- Preparation of final designs and drawings for the water plant Mount Shisha lines expulsion and water network Aswan and the surrounding villages in Aswan . The project includes water purification units from ground tanks , filters , pumping stations , sludge tanks and an administration buildings the project also includes 4 sites for reservoirs and lift station and pipelines feeding the treatment plant from the Nile River and the required electromechanical works for the project. The Office prepared shop drawings for the benefit of the Arab Contractors Company - South Valley branch The total cost of the project approximately 280 million LE. pounds.





- preparation of final designs and drawings for the water plant and Karkar Valley lines

expulsion of turbid water outlet and the floating city of Aswan.The project includes simillar units as mentioned before. for the benefit of the Arab Contractors Company - South Branch Valley and an the total project cost approximately 22 million pounds.

- preparation of final designs and drawings for the water plant project with drinking water and nutrition for the Center and the city of Manfalut - Assiut Governorate.The project includes water purification units from ground tanks , filters , pumping stations , sludge tanks and an administration buildings the project also includes 4 sites for reservoirs and lift station and pipelines feeding the treatment plant from the Nile River and the required electromechanical works for the project. The Office prepared shop drawings for the benefit of the Arab Contractors Company - South Valley branch the total cost of the project approximately 90 million pounds.

ENCOM was chosen as a consultant of the national authorization for potable and waste water to revise some of its projects allover Egypt, for example:

- Revising designs and electromechanical works, of 30 lit/sec and 90 lit/sec water treatment typical compact units for 240 villages derived of water.

- Revising designs of water treatment plant, in Tahta- Sohag.

- Repair and maintenance of water plants, of el Bostan- Damietta

- Revising sewage works, in Ataf village- Mahala- El Gharbeya.

- Designing water plants of Sadat City. This project includes water purification units such as; water tanks, clarifiers, filters, pump stations, sludge tanks and a group of administrative buildings. ENCOM prepared the detailed designs for the benefit of Horse Alex for Engineering. The total cost of this project is about 88 millions L.E. (i.e about 16 millions USD)





- Designing the irrigation lines network of El Sheikh Zayed City. This project includes the main irrigation lines in the city. ENCOM prepares detailed designs of the project. The suggested total cost is about 14 millions L.E funded by Abu Dhabi fund.

- Supplying potable water networks for Badr City. This project includes preparation of detailed designs to supply Badr City with potable water networks of pipelines with 1000 mm and 600 mm diameter. The total cost of this project is about 11.5 million L.E.

- Designing the infrastructure of the third neighborhood and the third stage of New Damietta. This project includes water supply networks, sewage networks, irrigation lines, storm water networks and also the roads networks of the third neighborhood and the third stage of New Damietta. The designs are prepared and signed and the total cost is about 38 million L.E. ( i.e about 7 millions USD).

- Designing the extending project of the oxidation lakes of Badr City for the benefit of Abd Allah Sons. The study, preparation and designing detailed designs for extending the oxidation lakes in Badr City. The total cost of the project is about 2 million L.E.

- Designing water, sewage and irrigation networks of the entertainment region in Badr City. This project includes preparing and designing the detailed designs of the networks and the roads networks in the region. The total cost of the project is about 6 million L.E.





Pharmaceutical SIGMA factory, Mubarak industrial city, Quasnia, Egypt





- Study of networks of the infrastructure of Technology Oasis together in cooperation with Dr. Ra`fat Abd Al Azim. This project includes the main infrastructure networks investigations that include: water, sewage, and roads networks and sewage treatment plants for the Technology Valley. The total cost of this project is about 80 million L.E. (i.e about 14 millions USD).

- Designing the trial process of the sewage treatment for Bahr El Bakar drainage in Port Said for the benefit of the OUDA. This project is designed by the Wetland process to treat the drainage's water and decrease pollution in this drainage and use its water in a fishery. That is in order to reach the similar national projects.

- The consultant of Suez Egyptian Chinese Company for Development in the Suez Gulf region.

ENCOM has studied and designed projects in the fields of bridges and highway engineering, for example;

- The design of a bridge of reinforced and pre-stressed concrete, at the intersection of the king Fasial Road and Ahad of El-Qatif District, in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia, in cooperation with Eng. Abdalla El-Agamy office (El-tasmemaat El-Hadetha) in El-Khobar and the project includes the inplementation and planning of roads in areas around the bridge.

- The design of a bridge of reinforced and pre-stressed concrete, connecting between

Cornish El-Khobar along Prince Sultan street and the Tank- the city of El-Khobar in the eastern province of saudi Arabia on behave of El-Khobar Governorate

- The design of a bridge of reinforced and pre-stressed concrete, connecting between the district of Qatif and Torout island in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia in cooperation with Dr Ahmed El-Mousy office in Dammam and the project includes the inplementation and planning of roads in areas around the bridge and creating new squre and its branches streets, i.e to develop all the area around Courniche El- Qatif at an estimated cost 100 million Saudi Riyals.





- Design Number 4 bridges of reinforced concrete and Prestressed Concrete, in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with the Office of Samir Abu Ghalia Engineering Consultants in Mecca and the project includes the implementation and planning of roads in upwards ,downwards ramps and work coordination site of a cost estimated in the range of 300 million riyals Saudi.





Bridge at the intersection of the king Fasial Road and Ahad of El-Qatif District,

with Eng. Abdalla El-Agamy office (El-tasmemaat El-Hadetha). ENCOM has also studied, designed and supervised other projects architecturally, structurally, mechanically and electrically.

- The recreation center in Saudi Arabia Tabarjal city and consists of a built hall celebrations Home (theater) and a capacity of 800 people, their services and councils for men, women and Restaurants its services for men and women, internet cafe and a library with a total area 655 meters flat and works include the architectural design and construction and electromechanical at an estimated cost in the range of 27 million Saudi riyals.

- The implementation of the village of Olympia Sporting Resort tourist in area of Ras Sudr on the Red Sea and the village is located on the total area of 155,000 squared meters (one hundred and fifty-five thousand seqared meters and include 450 units of villas and chalets and area of buildings, 20% of the gross area (approximately 31000 meter)area of each role also include the village on a range of services such as hotel buildings, a





hospital and a group of athletic swimming pools, reservoirs and electricity and security rooms, fences, etc at a total cost of construction and architectural works in the range of 55 million pounds.

- The implementation of complex plants Sigma-Tec Pharmaceutical Industries 6th of October Cityfactory is located on a totalarea of 30,000 seqared meters and consists of six main buildings (building management and building laboratories and built production and building services and building warehouses and built Albetalktam) and the total areas of buildings approximately 15,000 squared meters each role It also includes a set of additional works such as reservoirs and chambers of electricity and security fences and otherwise at a total cost of construction and architectural works in the range of 50 million Egyptian pounds.

- Design and Supervised the Pharmaceutical SIGMA factory, Mubarak industrial city. Quasina, Egypt, with a total budgut 50 milion LE.

- The development of Fifth neighborhood blocks – Cairo Contraction Company.

- SCANYA Service Centre – Architect Magdy Neseem.

- Ghabour vehicles factory – Suez Gulf. It includes the head hall ( 84000 m2 ), steel structures and an administrative building. The total cost is about 40 million L.E.

- Borg Al Arab textile factories – New Trade – Alexandria.

- Design and Supervised for construction of railway stations fences 46-kilometer-length and increase the height of fences of 3.50 kilometers length for workshops and railway stations in Central,Middle and South areas as a consultant of Al Watania for construction

- Design and Supervised for construction of Taxes Headquarters Building At Ismailia, which cosisted of the basement and 10 floors as a consultant of Al Watania for construction
