Racor Diesel Water Separating Fuel FiltersCombines separator, lter, and primer pump in one device, improving fuel delivery and ltration quality while reducing cost. Uses the same principles of separation, coalescing and ltration employed in the Turbine Series. Free water and heavy particles are separated out before reaching the element and drained away through a separate sump chamber so they cannot mix back into the fuel. This greatly increases element life. Remaining water and particles separated in later stages fall into the secondary sump chamber. The two sumps are drained through a common, positive seal, drain valve.

Johnson Cutless® Naval Brass Standard Sleeve Cutless Rubber BearingsJohnson Cutless Bearings feature a tough wear and oil resistant nitrile rubber lining that is permanently adhered to a naval brass shell. The exclusive water wedge design provides maximum lubrication for both bearing and shaft effectively separating the two with a thin lm of water. This special design incorporates grooves that easily channel the ow of water effectively lowering the coef cient of friction while preventing heat build up. Outgoing water expels potentially damaging marine contaminates. Sleeve bearings are usually installed by, light-press tting and locking in place with cone-pointed set screws. The installer should spot the shell to receive the screws.

Johnson Phenolic Shell Rubber Sleeve BearingsThese non-metallic sleeve bearings combine outstanding toughness and corrosion resistance with less weight. The specially compounded Nitrile rubber is securely bonded to the outer shell comprised of a dense structure of engineered reinforced thermoplastic. Recommended for installations where electrolysis is a problem. Johnson Cutlass® Bearings weigh up to 70% less than a comparable design in brass.

eteeritersThe lift muf er was developed for installation in boats where the engine or genset is below the (LWL) and the engine gases had to be lifted above the water line to be drained. Product line for large gasoline and diesel power plants with ratings to 2,000 hp. VERNALIFT muf ers exceed ABYC requirements for generator applications and are ABS Type Certi ed.

This water separator is used with the VERNALIFT muf er on gensets and small auxiliary engines. The water drain from the GEN-SEP can be positioned just below the water line eliminating water splash. This is especially important for night time generator operations.
