In order to light our flats we use a big amount ofelectric energy in late autumn and winter

There is a noticeable difference in energyconsumption between October and November saving energy by implementing Daylight SavingTime (summer time) is not very efficient

In order to reduce the consumption

of energy and lower energy billspeople need to save energy.

To do so they need to be well-informed.

Our research has proved that the biggestproblem is lack of information.

Conclusions:

We need more information campaignes in newspapers,schools, on TV, on the Internet,etc

People should: Use energy-saving bulbs,

Buy energy-saving appliances,

Install sealed double or triple pane windows,

Insulate houses,

Turn off the thermostats for rooms that are not being used,

Turn off appliances (no standby mode)
