Introduction• The quality requirements of the

fluid are controlled at the supply.• To control the evolution of some

chemical properties, especially interesting for the detector, chemical analyses can be demanded (see sampling form).

• To monitor the activation of the fluid, Radiation Protection will do regular analyses to ALL the stations.

Chemical Analyses

• Regular analyses– To monitor the chemical quality of the fluid.– Requested by the experiment.– Fluorocarbon analyses

• Corrective maintenance– For safety reasons in a non-planned intervention.– Estimated time for the analyses during working hours: 2 hours – Estimated time for the analyses during not working hours: 3
