Ensure the ‘maximoiehs.ear’ has been built. 2) Ensure the ‘maximoiehs.ear’ has been deployed within the Application Server console. 3) Log into Maximo – Go To – System Configuration – Platform Configuration – System Properties – within ‘Global Properties’ filter for ‘help’: Ensure ‘mxe.help.host’ property and ‘mxe.help.port’ is configured properly to match the environments configuration. In the below example, ‘mxe.help.host’ is configured to use ‘servername’ and ‘mxe.help.port’ on port ‘9080’:

To enable Maximo 7.5 to use the Maximo help files, follow the below steps:1) Navigate to <MAXIMO_ROOT>\deployment\default folder.
