Maximo 7.5 End of Support Information

• On April 11, 2017, end of support for all IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.5x products including industry solutions and add-on’s was announced.

• Effective April 30, 2018:

o fixes, patches, and telephone support are no longer provided for Maximo 7.5.x and its corresponding components and add-ons of the same version

o extended service contract / support is available through IBM at a premium

o Recommend those still on Maximo 7.5 to start the planning process on upgrading to Maximo 7.6.

• The following products do not have a 7.6 equivalent replacement part. IBM may offer a trade up or conversion of licenses to an alternative offering.

• Recommend further discussion if you currently license any of these products
