This limited warranty extends to the original purchaser only. Thiswarrantyisnon-transferable.Hansgroheneitherassumesnorauthorizesanypersontocreateforitanyotherobligationorliabilityinconnectionwiththisproduct.

LENGTH OF WARRANTY

Ifyouareaconsumerwhopurchasedtheproduct foruseprimarilyfor personal, family or household purposes, this limited warrantystartson thedateofpurchaseandextends foras longasyouowntheproductandthehomeinwhichtheproductisoriginallyinstalled.Ifyoupurchasedtheproductforuseprimarilyforanyotherpurpose,including,withoutlimitation,acommercialpurpose,thislimitedwarrantystartsonthedateofpurchaseandextends(i)for1year,withrespecttoHansgroheandCommercialproducts,and(ii)for5years,withrespecttoAxorproducts.TheRubbedBronzefinishissubjecttoa3-yearlimitedwarrantystartingonthedateofpurchase.

This limited warranty covers only your Hansgrohe manufacturedproduct.Hansgrohewarrantsthisproductagainstdefectsinmaterialorworkmanshipasfollows:

Hansgrohewill replaceatnocharge forpartsonlyor,at itsoption,replaceanyproductorpartoftheproductthatprovesdefectivebecauseofimproperworkmanshipand/ormaterial,under normal installation, use, service and maintenance. IfHansgroheisunable toprovideareplacementandrepair isnotpracticalorcannotbemadeintimelyfashion,Hansgrohemay elect to refund the purchaseprice in exchange for thereturn of the product.
