Ms. Manjushree Bhatnagar, is the Director of Human Resources & Corporate Affairs at Balmer Lawrie and Company Limited. Ms. Bhatnagar has served as General Manager of Info Systems at MRPL.
An HR professional with 34 years of experience in public sector has handled various aspects of HR- Manpower Planning & Growth, Industrial Relations & Welfare, Training & Development, Knowledge Management besides a stint in Information Systems for technology enablement for HR systems.
A national legend Ms. Sandhya Agarwal is a former captain of Women’s Cricket team of India and hails from Madhya Pradesh.
She has played overall 13 test matches from 1984 to 1995. She scored 1110 runs with a batting average of 50.45 which also included four centuries and four half centuries. Sandhya also reached her highest score of 190 against England in 1986. In ODI, she has played in 21 matches scoring 567 runs with a batting average of 31.50 including four half centuries.
Advocate Sadhna Pathak has been practising in High Court, Indore since 16 years. She has also headed the High Court Bar Association as a Vice-President in Indore.
She has the forte in Civil and Criminal matters but she also deals with Environmental matters- National Green Tribunal, New Delhi, Constitutional matters, Corporate matters, Family court cases. She is also associated with an NGO for welfare of destitute women.
MBBS, MS - Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Fellow of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists FRCOG (London) , Fellowship of Indian College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FICOG).
Dr. Asha Baxi is the Director and Chief of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Disha Fertility & Surgical Centre, Indore. She introduced Gynaecological endoscopy in central India in 1995.
Ms. Rashmi is the Director of ‘ Holistique+ Image Consultants’, accredited by ICBI. She believes in “People Packaging”, helping people project a positive image, she deals with educating, coaching, guiding, and mentoring people in transforming their image to have a happier, meaningful and more successful life.
A practicing education facilitator for over two decades, Ms. Rashmi has conducted over a hundred workshops for corporates, educational institutes, women entrepreneurs, NGOs and children.
Lt. Col. Ruchi Dubey is an alumni of Officers Training Academy, Chennai. In her service spaning over 16 years, she carries an experience of service in varied Signal units including highly active field formations in counter insurgency environment and Army headquarters. Lt Col Ruchi Dubey is a second generation officer.
The officer is a domain expert on subjects like Communication and Leadership. She is an adventurist and has participated in various treks while serving under various formations.
After her MBA from DAVV she gave the first Women’s Polytechnic to Indore. A strong motivator of Social upliftment of women joined social organizations at a very young age. Business background made her the Dollar Lady of Indore with My Dollar Store at TI.
She has been the Director, All India SME forum Indore chapter, President, Rotary Club Indore Chapter and Assistant Governor RI Dist. 3040 earlier. She also received the “Maa Ahilya Samman” in 2007.
An Engineer and MBA by education, Er. Ruby S. Malhotra is a successful first generation entrepreneur. She is at the helm of a very successful, unconventional field of Engineering Testing Laboratory. Dynamic, pleasing, focused and highly committed to her work.
In 2000, she began her entrepreneurial journey, and launched a Test Lab—Kailtech Test & Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. in 2007 of which she is the Executive Director. She is also the in-charge for Quality in the Lab. Kailtech Today: Kailtech is a brand by itself and has emerged as a Test Lab of repute, with variety of engineering testings.

Dr. Romi Sainy possesses over twelve years of work experience in academics and research in the area of marketing, branding and consumer behavior.
She has developed a training manual for teaching effectiveness, conducted management development programs in areas of customer relationship, service excellence, enhancing sales and marketing functions and enhancing self-effectiveness for corporate.
Dr. Priti Bakhshi is a PhD, MBA (Financial Administration) graduate. She has over 19 years of academics, research and consultancy experience. She is also a certified faculty in “Entrepreneurship” and “Incubation Set Up”, by NEN. Appointed as mentor by IIT Bombay E cell for Eureka 50 Entrepreneurs. Her areas of interest include Consultancy, Mentoring, Training & Development and Research.
