Myth: People with disability always need expensive and high tech equipment. I can’t afford that for my business.
Fact: Simple and inexpensive devices are often the most fundamental in helping people with disability live and work to their full potential. determining on-the-job training and providing this as necessary

Comprehensive support
The Bridge Employment provides comprehensive support once an employee starts work. This might include coaching and support for you, the employee and co-workers. We also organise workplace modifi cations if required, and educate your staff on disability, injury or health conditions. Our Allied Health Professionals, including an Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist, can provide support and advice about job roles and the work environment.
Keeping an existing employee
Some workplaces have an existing employee who needs assistance due to disability, injury or a health condition. We offer a free program to support these workplaces and keep the worker in their job. The Bridge Employment will work with you and your employee to help manage the impact of their injury, disability or health condition, ensuring they can continue working and you can keep a valued employee.
