In order to stay competitive in the industry, companies are urged to be innovative and responsive to the marketplace. Therefore many companies are continuously improving their efficiency by implementing innovative tools and practices in their organisation which would eliminate waste, increase productivity and improve quality.

For this special event, Korea Consultancy Association (KCA) has invited CIC Global Consulting from Korea to share their Innovation Methodology in Manufacturing. Innovation tools introduced will stimulate the competitiveness in manufacturing environment.
